If you are looking for some simple ideas on how to Stage® your house or if your house is practically Staged®, this service might be just what you need for those finishing touches.  This is an interactive time filled with a creative exchange of thoughts and ideas.  We will meet you at your house.  Simply be prepared with your questions along with a note pad and pen to capture all the comments.

Consultation.....$295-$325
The exterior and interior of the home are viewed through the eyes of potential buyers. A detailed written report will be presented to both you and your real estate agent with suggestions on changes to the property. Please allow 2-3 hours for a consultation. The investment in a consultation typically ranges from $295 - $325 depending on the size of the home, condition and the contents. Once the work is completed we will return for one hour of fine tuning and to verify that the property meets the criteria of a Staged® home. Some locations may require a $50 up-charge for this component of the service. Residences that meet the qualifications will be advertised at the Stagedhomes.com website and will receive special exterior signage indicating it is a showcased property. Be sure to ask us about our additional value added services that are included with this package.

Let us roll up our sleeves and get to work for you. We will begin by freeing the space of any excess belongings or personal items that can be distracting to buyers. Then we will select the furniture pieces that should stay and those that should be moved to another space or placed in storage. Our goal is to improve the traffic flow throughout the house while making rooms appear more spacious. It is important to show off those architectural details and focal points whenever possible. Remember they can be selling points and should not be forgotten.  Next, we add just those accessories that help create a warm and inviting space. Staging® does not need to be an expensive option. Let us put our creativity and experience to work for you. Staging to Sell - Vacant Property

Our inventory of furnishings includes furniture, decorative accessories, rugs, plants and art work. If we don’t have what you need, we will work with local furniture rental companies to find it. As with an occupied home we will concentrate on creating a warm and inviting environment that showcases the property's features and selling points. Staging® to Live

Hands on Staging®.....$100/hr for two Stagers®
Staging® to Live offers an alternative choice to traditional decorating. We will work with your existing furnishings to help create a fresh look that works in your space. Whether just moving into a new house or simply wanting a new look and feel, Staging® to Live might be the right solution for you. Call for details.      

Decorating Services.....$75 per hour
