First Impressions Real Estate Enhancement Group provides home Staging® and decorating services to its clients in the Altanta and North Georgia areas.

Over eight years ago when preparing to sell her first home, Lisa was introduced to the concept of home Staging®. Recognizing the value of the concept, she and her husband used many of the ideas to help them sell that home and several subsequent properties. 

Personally trained by Barb Schwarz, the creator of the home Staging® concept and best selling author, Lisa has learned to look at each home through the eyes of potential buyers. She has educated both small and large groups on the benefits of Staging® and has been a guest on the Atlanta radio show, Real Estate Revealed. Lisa’s work has been seen on several episodes of A&E’s, Flip This House and she participated in a filming for the CBS News. In addition, her work has been featured on www.kiplinger.com and in publications such as the Cherokee Tribune and The Daily Tribune News.

Lisa has earned the designation of Accredited Staging Professional Master™, a title given to only a few hundred worldwide and five in the state of Georgia. This training along with her background in psychology and over 15 years combined experience in sales, marketing and communications with a Fortune 50 organization provides a unique platform for assisting clients in the marketing of real estate. She is an active member of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP) and a volunteer for the IAHSP Foundation
